WORKSHOPS

On 5 November, participants will take part in two parallel thematic workshops designed to facilitate the exchange of practices and the collaborative development of project ideas, with a view to establishing future Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation Partnerships. Please indicate your workshop preference. While every effort will be made to accommodate participants' preferences, allocation to the preferred workshop cannot be guaranteed, as a balanced distribution of participants across the two workshops must be ensured.

Workshop 1: Embedding democratic culture in IVET: from values to learning outcomes
Developing KA2 Erasmus+ project proposals that explore how Competences for Democratic Culture can be effectively embedded in IVET curricula, learning environments, work-based learning (WBL) and apprenticeship pathways.

Workshop 2: Empowering VET trainers for democratic learning: competences, pedagogies and professional development
Developing KA2 Erasmus+ project proposals that explore how IVET teachers, trainers and in-company mentors can be empowered to foster democratic culture through effective teaching practices, learner-centred pedagogies and continuous professional development.


We encourage all participants to think in advance about a project idea they would like to explore and further develop during the workshop sessions. At the beginning of the workshops, participants will have the opportunity to briefly present their ideas and discuss them with colleagues interested in similar topics.

PROJECT IDEAS (OPTIONAL)

Do you already have a project idea that you would like to explore and further develop with other participants during the workshops? If yes, please provide a short description below.

You will have the possibility to share this project idea during the workshop sessions. This will allow participants to identify common interests, exchange feedback and connect with potential partners for future Erasmus+ cooperation projects.
